With more than 25 years of professional experience, Ms. Kelley has been a member of the mechanical integrity team of the United States operations Team since 2011, having been a cost reduction engineer with the department since 2001. Prior to obtaining these roles, she worked as a plant engineer with Praxair, Inc.
