A hard worker who has risen through the ranks because of his areas of competency and expertise, Mr. Reber does not end his work at the end of the work day. Since 1970, he has served as the commissioner of the Montrose Improvement District in N.Y. He also sits on the board of directors of the Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce, and acts as a consultant for businesses, corporations and other engineers.
