Mr. Fleischer began his career as a student at New Mexico State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in electrical computer engineering technology. An active leader in his community, he is a volunteer with the food bank. Mr. Fleischer graduated college when he was 39 years old. When he was working in theatre and lighting he felt like he was in a mid-level that he could never get out of because he didn’t have the deeper understanding of technology, and he decided that he wanted to go to the next level. He wanted to learn about the physics and the science of electricity and computers and control systems. His major is electrical computer engineering technology, he wasn’t sure he was going to be an engineer, he wasn’t really sure what he was going to do. That is what drew him into it, he felt like he had reached his limit without an education.
