Regarded for her hard work ethic and dedication, Ms. Torrens De Jesus came to prominence in her early role with the Department of Defense, where she worked as a system integration consultant.
In her role today with Arthrex, Ms. Torrens De Jesus is responsible for the Capital Equipment Portfolio which includes several programs that contain projects that are driven by strategic organizational objectives. She also manages the design development projects while addressing project risks and ensures deadlines are adhered to in partnership with cross-functional teams of engineers, managers, and leaders. In recognition of her professional excellence, Ms. Torrens De Jesus has been the recipient of a Distinguished Employee Award by Medtronic, as well as a Lifesaver Award given by ACN USPS for her outstanding commitment to results and quality.
Ms. Torrens De Jesus’ career is supported by her education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Polytechnic University in Puerto Rico, which she earned in 2011. She returned to the university and achieved a master’s degree in engineering management in 2015. As she looks to the future, Ms. Torrens De Jesus intends to continue to grow her professional skillset while looking for new opportunities in her career to succeed.
