Coming from a family of engineers, Mr. Pollock always knew what field he wanted to pursue. He earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in 1980 from Michigan Technical University, which was followed by a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in 1983. A registered professional engineer in the state of Michigan, Mr. Pollock thrives on understanding the properties of metal in manufacturing, as the products he manufactures can improve thousands of lives.

Since 2013, Mr. Pollock has been the senior manufacturing engineer at Welbilt. However, he worked for a number of different companies throughout his earlier years, such as Ford Motor Company, Millennium, and Chevrolet Manufacturing. To remain knowledgeable in his industry, he is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the Society of Automotive Engineers, and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. Furthermore, Mr. Pollock is featured in the 28th edition of Who’s Who in Finance and Industry, and in 2018, he received the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award in light of his professional accomplishments.
