Arthur Delagrange, PhD, Former Principal Engineer at Advanced Technology and Research Corporation, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Engineers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in electronics engineering.
With more than 35 years of professional experience, Dr. Delagrange was a principal engineer with Advanced Technology and Research Corporation from 1993 to 1995. Prior to obtaining this role, he was an electronics engineer with the Naval Surface Warfare Center from 1959 to 1993. In addition to his primary positions, he has served as a consultant in the field, and he holds nine patents as well. A contributor of chapters to books, he has written articles for professional journals, and he is a former senior warden for St. Barnabas Episcopal Church.
Dr. Delagrange first pursued and education with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in 1962. He continued his studies with the school, completing a Master of Science in 1962. He then joined the University of Maryland, earning a PhD in 1974. He is a member of Tau Beta Pi and Eta Kappa Nu. For his contributions to the field, he received the Superior Civilian Service Award from the United States Navy.
