Notably serving eight years in the U.S. Navy, Mr. Moore came out as a seasoned carpenter and auto mechanic. Utilizing his newfound skillets, he went on to work as a facility engineer and safety director for Tower Manufacturing Corp. from 1990 to 2000. Between 2000 and 2004, he was an overhaul and repair technician for Scotia Technologies, an automation and maintenance technician for Risdon/AMS and the field services director for Moriarty Water Works, Inc. Focusing on a path in maintenance technology, Mr. Moore excelled during his time with Rochester Shoe Tree Co., Freudenberg/NOK and Lindrick Services Corp. between 2005 and 2008. Joining Delta Hyrdonics, LLC in 2010 as an engineering technician, he has flourished as a production engineer and quality control manager since 2017.

Mr. Moore studied administration and justice at Los Angeles Community College in 1979 and 1980 before attaining an Associate of Science in plumbing and heating from the New England Institute of Technology in 1992. He also earned a diploma in stationary operations engineering in 1996 and became certified in backflow device maintenance testing by the Florida Water and Pollution Control in 2007. Presently, Mr. Moore maintains professional affiliation with the National Fire Protection Association and the National Association of Power Engineers. Attributing his success to faith and working his way up the career ladder, he also thanks his various mentors. These mentors include Frank Killalea, Lionel Delaney and John Shay, along with some high school teachers. In five years’ time, Mr. Moore hopes to ease into a well-deserved retirement.
