MSgt Arthur R. Mason, Electronic Design Engineer at Bill Cabot Electric Co., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Engineers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in design engineering.
Supported by decades of experience in his chosen field, Mr. Mason has excelled as an electronic design engineer with Bill’s Cabot Electric Co. since 2019. Specializing in designing electronic equipment, he designs blood analyzers, alarm systems and pump and compressors, along with various other inventions. Previously, he gained vast experience as a design engineer with Cabin Control Equipment and Executive Aircraft until his retirement in 2009. A member of the American Legion, Mr. Mason has served the organization as its president and is also involved with the Southside Church of Christ.
Mr. Mason earned a Bachelor of Science in electronic engineering technology from Almeda College in 2006. In his first professional role, he benefited richly from the influence of his first boss, a wonderful mentor who took him from an electronic technician to an engineer by believing in him and understanding his intelligence. Furthermore, in accounting for his standout success, Mr. Mason credits his deep and abiding Christian faith.
Looking toward the future, Mr. Mason strives to develop a standalone generator to put in garages so homeowners will always have power despite the weather. Notably, he served in the Army Security Agency from 1964 to 1968 and in the Air National Guard from 1981 to 2002. Mr. Mason is now a retired master sergeant.
