From 2013 to the present, Mr. Duletzke has provided superior service as a global software asset manager and in global product development with General Motors in Warren, Michigan. In this capacity he is responsible for software licenses and compliance, recreates workbooks and writes playbooks to gather compliance information. In addition, he validates all software requests for additions, changes, missing features, missing renewals and works with GSM to resolve issues and update records as appropriate.
In 1998, Mr. Duletzke obtained a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Saginaw Valley State University in University Center, Michigan. Additionally, he holds certifications in information technology infrastructure, network operations and foundations of integrated product development. He found much success as an engineering workstation support (EWSS) site manager from 1998 to 2008 with Electronic Data Systems in Pontiac, Michigan and with Hewlett Packard in Warren from 2008 to 2013 as Global ECS/CAE SW license manager lead.
Being the first person in General Motors to create playbooks in licensing has been Mr. Duletzke’s most notable accomplishment. In coming years he is hoping to continue to advance his career within the company and to continue to lead and manage his team.
