Debbani Kundu Naskar, Executive Director of Engineering at HPE Ezmeral, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Engineers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in engineering administration.
With nearly 25 years of experience to her credit, Ms. Naskar has excelled as the executive director of engineering for Compute and UI/UX with Hewlett Packard Enterprises since 2021. Prior to this appointment, she held the position of the software engineering program director for AIOps and UI at IBM Watson AIOps in 2020. She previously served in a number of roles with IBM between 2011 and 2020, including as a software development program director, a senior software development manager and a software quality assurance manager. Ms. Naskar began her career with IBM as a staff software engineer from 1998 to 2011 and a software engineer from 2009 to 2011.
Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Naskar pursued an education at the University of California San Diego, from which she earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science. She subsequently continued her formal academic efforts with a Master of Science at Santa Clara University in 2003 before graduating with a diploma from the Executive Program in Management at the HAAS School of Business in the University of California Berkeley in 2019. With multiple patents to her name, she has accrued several accolades throughout her impressive career, including the 2020 Outstanding Research Accomplishment Award for AIOps from IBM, the 2019 Corporate Award from IBM, the 2019 Outstanding Technical Achievement Award from IBM in 2019 and a nomination for the 2022 HPE Women’s Excellence Award. Proud to have transformed legacy products into modern products for a better customer experience, Ms. Naskar hopes to continue building an innovative data platform in her present position throughout the coming years.
