At Henny Penny, Mr. Roman deals with robotics, printed circuit board design, and troubleshooting. He works on system-level architecture, electrical systems, problem-solving, and collaborating with mechanical engineers. Mr. Roman’s areas of expertise include automation, algorithms, and electricity.

Mr. Roman attributes his success to his hard work, perseverance, and service in the United States Marine Corps, which taught him about authority and self-discipline. Prior to joining the military, he worked as a youth pastor, and his dream was to serve the church. However, financial realities caused him to enlist after graduating high school. In the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Roman was a prayer leader. In three years, he rose through the ranks from a technician to an engineer, launching his career.

At Henny Penny, Mr. Roman deals with many projects for only a few customers. One of his most notable projects involves a fully-automated kitchen for a major fast food chain, which is yet to be released. Prior to his current position, he garnered experience as an automation engineer with the FRAM Group. Mr. Roman is a member of Mensa International and looks forward to continuing his education for the rest of his life.
