She has been additionally active as the founder of Latin Maecenas, an organization that supports the collection of Latin American art. She further serves on the board of advisors for the Blaffer Art Museum in Houston, Texas. Ms. Manrique de Henning previously began her career as a systems engineer in her native country of Venezuela between 1989 and 1993.

Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Manrique de Henning pursued an education at Universidad Metropolitana, from which she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering in 1989. She concluded her studies with a certificate in global health delivery at Harvard University in 2017. She attributes her success to her mother, whom she considers as her role model. Proud to have established an organization that spotlights and advocates for Venezuelan initiatives, Ms. Manrique de Henning hopes to continue incorporating all Venezuelan initiatives into her endeavors in the coming years.
