Clayton Albert Wilson IV, an engineering consultant at Vision Engineering Services, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Engineers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of engineering services.

Hailing from more than 35 years of experience in his chosen field, Mr. Wilson has earned distinction through his work as the founder and chief executive officer of Vision Engineering Services. In his capacity as a consultant, he has leveraged his deep and comprehensive experience in the aerospace, automotive and footwear industries, as well as in computer-aided design (CAD) software and precision engineering, on behalf of various clients.

Prior to embarking upon his professional journey, Mr. Wilson studied at the Institute of Business and Technology in Santa Clara, California, from which he earned an Associate of Arts in CAD engineering in 1986. Following this accomplishment, he secured a role at Ford Aerospace as an inspector during the 1980s. Having launched his own independent career as a consultant, Mr. Wilson has offered his expertise to a number of clients in the automotive and aerospace industries as a precision machinist and inspector. Additionally, he designed a machine that could greatly save on overall manufacturing costs for the Vector Marketing Corporation. To remain aware of developments in the field, he maintains his affiliation with such organizations as the American Society of Quality Control.

In accounting for his success, Mr. Wilson credits the influence of his parents, who encouraged him to work twice as hard as his peers in order to excel. Among his most cherished accomplishments, he is most proud to have never compromised on his integrity, quality of work, thoroughness and attention to detail. Looking toward the future, he aspires to preside over one of the most successful engineering companies the world has ever seen, and to pass on the fruits of his success to his children.
