Ralph A. Deaver, President of Central Sales & Service Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Engineers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in rubber product manufacturing.
Since 1985, Mr. Deaver has found success as the president of Central Sales & Service Inc., a custom extruder, molder and fabricator of rubber products. In his role, he handles the engineering and development of products. Alongside this role, he has been the president and engineer of CSS Rail Ind since 1983. In 2019, Mr. Deaver became investment counsel to a 420-acre marijuana farm. He began his career as the manager of sales for the Allied Rubber & Supply Company from 1975 to 1985.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Deaver attended Austin Peay State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in biology, agriculture and chemistry in 1973. He holds multiple patents and maintains membership with Alpha Phi Omega. Mr. Deaver attributes his success to his refusal to quit. Among his accomplishments, he is proudest of his children. In his spare time, he enjoys gardening and fishing, and in the coming years, he hopes to purchase a recreational vehicle and spend time traveling.
