With nearly 15 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Dameron has excelled as a reliability leader with Georgia-Pacific since 2022 as well as the owner of WCD Consulting. Prior to this position, he was active as an engineer and a rotating equipment reliability engineer with the Kraton Corporation from 2020 to 2021. Moreover, Mr. Dameron was appointed as the senior maintenance engineer in the Chlor-Alkali Brine Recovery Plant for SABIC Innovative Plastics between 2018 and 2020.

Mr. Dameron previously found success as a reliability superintendent with the WestRock Company from 2017 to 2018 and an area reliability engineer with Linde plc from 2016 to 2017. He further served as a senior reliability engineer with Arizona Chemical in Panama City, Florida from 2012 to 2016. Mr. Dameron began his career as a maintenance engineer with St. Mark’s Powder, a General Dynamics Company in Crawfordville, Florida, between 2009 and 2012.

Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Dameron pursued an education at The Ohio State University, from which he earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering in 2009. He concluded his studies at Southern New Hampshire University in 2022, graduating with a Master of Business Administration. In addition to these accomplishments, Mr. Dameron obtained his certification as a category three ISO vibration analyst.

In light of his exceptional undertakings, Mr. Dameron was presented with the Arizona Star Award from Arizona Chemical. Attributing his success to hard work, a willingness to success and the encouragement of his late mother, Del, he is incredibly proud of having refurbished and developed new designs for Arizona Chemical, which saved the company more than $3 million annually and helped to maintain a facility established in the 1930s. In the coming years, Mr. Dameron hopes to obtain his doctorate in business administration while advancing into an administrative role in maintenance engineering.
