Mr. Nop began his career as an engineering specialist with Dignity Health from 1999 to 2014.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020, Mr. Nop was notably appointed as a biomedical engineering director for the Los Angeles Surge Hospital in California. To support his professional efforts, he obtained a certificate in electronics from the American Trade Institute. Beyond his primary endeavors, Mr. Nop has contributed to his community as a donor for the Cambodian Christian Intellectual Alliance (CCIA) as well as other organizations supporting Cambodian causes.

Mr. Nop attributes his success to his ambition, as he pursues the American Dream after his youth in Cambodia. He is also proud to approach his work without greed or selfishness, having established himself as an expert in healthcare management, biomedical technology and revamping clinical engineering operations. In the coming years, Mr. Nop hopes to enter a well-deserved retirement.

Mr. Nop is deeply committed to giving back to the community through education, believing that “if you teach someone how to fish, they can feed themselves for a lifetime.” His aims to positively impact lives, and he feels fulfilled when he can make a difference. After escaping the horrors of Cambodia’s killing fields in the late 1970s, he came to the United States in search of the American dream. He achieved great success, and he is now dedicated to helping his community thrive.
