Kenneth Robert Seeton, Senior TelePresence Engineer with Cisco’s TelePresence Solutions Group, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Engineers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in telecommunications engineering.
Mr. Seeton is an accomplished professional with more than 20 years of professional experience. Since 2009, he has excelled as a senior telepresence engineer with Cisco’s TelePresence Solutions Group. In this position, he looks after accounts including three offices of the White House, senior members of the U.S. Department of Defense and esteemed Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to this role, Mr. Seeton garnered experience as a telepresence support engineer with Cisco, a service and support engineer with Tandberg, and a deployment manager with Superclick Networks. From 1999 to 2000, he worked as a site manager and field engineer with Frontier ConferTech, and from 1999 to 2003, he was a site manager and field operations engineer with Global Crossing. Mr. Seeton is a past member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association.
In preparation for his professional pursuits, Mr. Seeton attended The University of Utah and completed coursework in electrical engineering, physics and science. He went on to attend the Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology and completed further coursework in physics and chemistry. As a dedicated and versatile professional committed to continual growth, Mr. Seeton began his professional pursuits as an assembler for a chip manufacturer for telecommunications companies and slowly worked his way through the industry to his current position.
Among his achievements, Mr. Seeton is proudest of his current role with Cisco’s TelePresence Solutions Group. Specifically, working with the Pentagon was a highlight of his career and life. In his spare time, Mr. Seeton enjoys music, including jazz and blues.
