Faizan Nasirhusein Mansuri, senior software engineer at Tasktop, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Engineers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of software engineering.
Mr. Mansuri leverages nearly a decade of experience as a rising expert in the electronics engineering industry. Specializing in cloud engineering and artificial intelligence, he recently joined Tasktop (now a part Planview Inc.) as a senior software engineer in 2023. The technology management firm, based Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, was founded in 2022 and has rapidly gained a positive reputation for its offerings in value stream management software that improves predictability, agility, and efficiency. As part of his duties, Mr. Mansuri is responsible for designing new cloud infrastructure solutions.
Mr. Mansuri began his career in 2015 as a test automation engineer at Infosys Limited in Pune, India. After immigrating to Canada in 2017, he subsequently spent a year with Tasktop as a junior software engineer before joining Sophos Ltd. as an associate cloud infrastructure service engineer and a cloud infrastructure service engineer between 2019 and 2021. In 2021, Mr. Mansuri was hired by Mogo in Vancouver as a development operations engineer, a role in which he primarily oversaw microservice cluster orchestration and deployment pipelines for speedy releases and CI/CD.
Throughout his time in the field, Mr. Mansuri has involved himself in numerous noteworthy projects. To wit, he participated in a master project that focused on creating a security stack for drones using cloud infrastructure. He also contributed to a brain-computer interface using a low-cost, self-designated EEG. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Mansuri earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering at the Nirma Institute of Technology in India in 2015 and a Master of Engineering in electrical and computer engineering at the University of British Columbia in 2019 with Specialization in AI. While pursuing his degrees, he also completed an internship with Hirel Hitachi Gandhinagar and Zebra Technologies.
To commemorate his achievements, Mr. Mansuri has been recognized with several industry accolades from Infosys Limited, including an InstaAward in 2016 and 2017 and recognition as an IVS RnR Tech Champ in 2017. In light of his fulfilling career, he largely attributes his success to his persistence. Looking toward the future, Mr. Mansuri aims to start his own business, generate jobs for others and have more financial independence. Likewise, he hopes to engage further in his personal hobby of creating music.
