Francisco Javier Bezanilla Alvarez, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of 3Sixty Degrees LLC, and Owner and Director of Business Development at Turtle Shield MX, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Engineers for dedication, achievements, and leadership in automotive engineering.
Mr. Bezanilla is an accomplished engineer and automotive industry professional with more than 25 years of experience to his credit. Since 2022, he has excelled as the founder and chief executive officer of 3Sixty Degrees LLC, a research and development company committed to developing new technologies that save lives, prevent accidents and enhance automotive safety. Alongside this role, Mr. Bezanilla has served as the owner and director of business development for Turtle Shield MX since 2020.
Prior to his current positions, Mr. Bezanilla garnered experience as the director of operations for Rhino Pro Protective Linings from 2019 to 2022. He was the senior manager of service engineering and warranties with General Motors for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean from 2018 to 2019, before which he garnered experience as the manager of aftersales regional management with the same company in Mexico City, Mexico, from 2014 to 2018. Mr. Bezanilla began his career as a service consultant with Servicio Pily in 1996, later working for Porsche – Audi Interlomas and Yamaha Motor Mexico.
In preparation for his accomplished career, Mr. Bezanilla attended the Higher School of Automotive Engineering in Mexico and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering in 2004. In 2010, he earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Alongside his formal degrees, Mr. Bezanilla is eminently qualified, holding numerous professional credentials. He became an SAE Associate through SAE International in 2022, earned an OpEx Master Certificate from General Motors in 2018 and received a Cultural Transformation Certificate from the Disney Institute in 2014. In addition, he is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Mr. Bezanilla is proud to have created multiple patents through his development, design, prototyping and simulation work. He shared his expertise as a business mentor for General Motors from 2016 to 2017 and as a school faculty advisor with SAE International in 2005. Among his accomplishments, Mr. Bezanilla is proud to have implemented efficient processes and programs at General Motors, which resulted in his being named employee of the month multiple times. In his spare time, he enjoys rock climbing, kayaking, hiking, riding his motorcycle, off-roading, meditating and spending time in nature.
