Ms. Seifert continued her career as an engineering contractor at Brilex Industries, Inc. from 2011 to 2012. At Youngstown State University, she contributed as a graduate assistant from 2012 to 2013 and a ballistic research assistant from 2011 to 2014. She was appointed to the role of production coordinator at Fireline Corporation from 2013 to 2022 and found additional success as a process engineer at PTC Alliance from 2022 to 2023.
Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Seifert pursued an education at Youngstown State University where she earned an associate in science and arts in mechanical engineering technology and drafting and design technology in 2009 and a master’s degree in industrial engineering in 2012. In addition to her primary vocation, she remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise. She was a member of the industrial advisory board at Youngstown State University.
Throughout her career, Ms. Seifert has attributed her success to the valuable guidance and support of her mentors. One such mentor was Brian Vuksanovich, a professor who provided her with an opportunity to work with the Department of Defense. In the immediate future, her goal is to continue advancing in the field of manufacturing.
