Transitioning to Lucent Technologies in 1999, to assume the role as product engineer/Bell Labs Staff engineer for Low Power & Perot Lasers being responsible for improving the manufacturing yield of the lasers. Transitioning to a senior development engineer at Danaher, contributing to groundbreaking projects from 2002 to 2007. Transitioning to Electrolux Major Appliance in 2007, he assumed the role of design engineer and demonstrated exceptional proficiency and dedication over the years. His expertise and commitment led to successive promotions, culminating in his current position as a development engineer, a role he has held since 2022.
Throughout his career, Mr. Mitchell has been instrumental in pioneering innovative solutions. He has accumulated six patents for his creative works, a testament to his ingenuity and problem-solving prowess. Beyond his professional endeavors, he finds fulfillment in serving his community and church as a dedicated leader.
