After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from The University of The West Indies (UWI), St. Augustine Campus in Trinidad, she continued her academic pursuits with a master’s degree with thesis option fulfillment in chemical engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2005, during which time she co-authored publications in reputable research journals based on her thesis research for her graduate studies including “Polymeric Hollow-Fiber Heat Exchangers for Thermal Desalination Processes.” Her tenure at Intel Corporation spanned from 2005 to 2023, during which she held various roles, including 300mm process technology development engineer, industrial water treatment program manager, CMP technical supply chain engineering professional, and senior supply chain quality and research and development professional.

In 2022, Ms. Christian founded BoostThru, a transformative coaching service aimed at inspiring and motivating individuals facing personal and professional challenges. Complementing her professional endeavors, she is deeply engaged in civic activities, serving as a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and the Education Workforce and Development Committee at the Chandler Chamber of Commerce. She has been additionally active as a member of The Global Society of Female Entrepreneurs since 2023. Her commitment to uplifting others extends to her creative works as an international best-selling author, having co-authored several impactful books, including “The Art of Connection: 365 Days of Gratitude Quotes by Entrepreneurs, Business Owners and Influencers” and “Resilient A.F.: Stories of Resilience.”

Ms. Christian’s dedication to empowering individuals has earned her recognition and accolades, including a professional story feature in the STEMconnector Magazine ebook, sponsored by Intel, a feature employee spotlight appearance for Black Heritage Month by Intel in 2023. multiple department level awards from Intel and an academic scholarship from Antigua and Barbuda for undergraduate degree pursuit in Trinidad.
