In 2014, she transitioned to Gannett Fleming, Inc., initially serving as a project engineer and project manager. She steadily progressed within the company – from 2021 to 2024, she held the position of office principal, overseeing office operations and management. In 2023, she assumed dual roles as West Structures department manager and project principal, where she excelled in leading projects and managing departmental functions. Currently, she excels as vice president, leveraging her extensive experience and expertise to contribute to the company’s strategic direction and growth initiatives since 2024.
In addition to her extensive career achievements, Ms. Templeton has obtained several certifications, including certification in confined space training in 2016 and professional engineer credentials from the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration in 2015. She also holds a certificate of training from the Mine Safety and Health Administration and Engineer in Training (EIT) designation from the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Templeton remains actively engaged in her community and professional associations.
