Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Jaeger has held various senior positions, including currently excelling as a senior consultant at The Business Consultants FZ-LLC since 2022, director of technology at Alumina, SNC-Lavalin from 2012 to 2013, and area manager at White Side, Saudi Arabian Mining Company from 2009 to 2012. Noteworthy among his achievements is his instrumental role in overseeing the commissioning and startup of a refinery in Brazil in collaboration with Alumar Brasil and Worsley Alumina Australia between 1983 and 1989.
Mr. Jaeger’s career trajectory also includes roles such as project development manager at Vimetco Management from 2008 to 2009, technical director at Alumina, SNC-Lavalin (2006-2008), Senior Process Design Engineer at Alcoa Aluminio Sao Paulo (2004-2006), senior project engineer at Alpart Jamaica from 2002to 2004, and staff process engineer at Kaiser Aluminum Technical Services from 1997 to 2002.
