She continued her academic efforts at California State University, Chico, where she earned a Master of Science in computer science with honors in 2002, focusing on web programming, Java, J2EE, and database technology updates.

Throughout her career, Ms. Weihrauch has been actively engaged in various professional activities. She is a member of the IBM Academy of Technology and frequently shares her expertise at conferences. She has received numerous credentials and recognitions for her contributions, including being an IBM Z Day Speaker Advocate in 2023, a Technical Leadership Facilitation Champion in 2021, and a speaker at multiple IBM Systems Technical Universities and other IBM events. Her skills in communication and oral presentation have been widely acknowledged within the industry.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Weihrauch is committed to community service. She volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and the YMCA, demonstrating her dedication to giving back to society.
