Prior to this position, he was active as a business analyst II at the same company from 2022 to 2024. In this role, he honed his skills in requirements gathering, technical documentation, program management, database design, programming, and quality assurance. 

Previously, he served as a business system analyst at Cordoba Corporation from 2016 to 2022, working on the California High-Speed Rail project primarily as a business data analyst. In 2016, he was a system analyst at Health Net, where he developed an Auto Error Correction system for medical claims, designed an Oracle database, and developed a data warehouse to provide analytical error tracking information.

Mr. Dunham’s career began as a senior software engineer at Intel from 1992 to 1995, where he worked on a data warehouse project, created systems for integrity edits, and participated in data modeling. He then held the role of senior software engineer at Amdocs from 1995 to 2007, designing and supporting an enterprise data warehouse for major cable companies and leading teams in reducing report run times and nightly load times.

Following his tenure at Amdocs, Mr. Dunham served as a senior software engineer at PowerSchool from 2007 to 2016. There, he created an analytical system for tracking student attendance, performed requirements gathering, designed database models, led ETL processes, and improved customer reports using SQL and JavaScript.

Additionally, Mr. Dunham has experience in sales support and quality assurance at IBM. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a strong capability in database development, database design, technology leadership, and data warehousing. Before embarking on his professional journey, he earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Purdue University in 1992.

Mr. Dunham’s area of expertise encompasses database development, database design, technology leadership, data warehousing, and business analysis. Throughout his career, the highlight that stands out the most is his creation of a data warehouse for the cable industry in 2001, for which he received a patent in 2003. Looking ahead, he aspires to continue building on his knowledge and learning new tools at his company.
