His family’s background also influenced his career choices, as his grandfather was a plant manager for an American pharmaceutical company in India, and his father’s career in finance at EASF sparked discussions at home about industrial processes and materials.
Mr. Ramnath takes pride in his successful navigation through the Covid-19 pandemic and its aftermath, which proved to be one of the most challenging periods he has encountered in his professional career. Despite the difficulties, he says his resilience and adaptability allowed him to overcome obstacles and emerge from the experience with valuable insights. He attributes his success to staying humble and his grandparents, who played a pivotal role in his upbringing.
