He currently serves as assistant vice president of software engineering at Corebridge Financial, a role he has held since 2024. Prior to this, he served as a senior systems management analyst at Optum from 2014 to 2024, an infosphere information server admin at TDTD from 2012 to 2014, an infosphere information server admin at UnitedHealth Group from 2010 to 2012, and an OBIEE Architect at Speridian Technologies in 2010. Laying a solid foundation for his future success, he earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from MVSR Engineering College in India and a master’s degree in computer science from Eastern Illinois University.
Mr. Nathi’s fascination with computers began at a young age when computers were at the forefront of technology. This led him to explore coding and its ability to manipulate and create codes for games and other applications. Reflecting on his career, he says the most rewarding part of his profession is facing intricate and challenging problems and coming up with a solution. He attributes his success to working diligently to establish himself in the United States. Looking to the future, he understands the importance of diversifying his skills and knowledge, especially with the emergence of artificial intelligence. Therefore, he aims to position himself in a role where he can oversee and implement plans to future-proof the technologies he works on, ensuring that they remain relevant and effective in the face of rapid technological change.
