Understanding his limits, maintaining humility, and fostering the right mindset have also been crucial to achieving his goals, and he believes that significant achievements often require effective teamwork and leveraging the support of others.
Looking ahead, Mr. Subburaman aims to create a platform for college students in India to develop their skills. He and a friend are exploring various methods, including an app for soft skills and engineering learning, YouTube videos, and teaching data and AI. Inspired by the positive impact similar opportunities have had on his life and those around him, he wants to extend these benefits to other talented individuals. Recognizing the importance of networking and collaboration, he hopes to become a bridge for advancing others, especially recent graduates in India. He seeks to address gaps in education, focusing on essential skills often overlooked by institutions, such as programming languages, soft skills, presentation techniques, and industry insights. He envisions creating a platform that empowers young professionals, enabling them to share knowledge and experiences to succeed.
