She is also responsible for designing test plans, leading the messaging team, and coordinating with various departments, device teams, and vendors such as Samsung, iPhone, and LG to ensure their phones are compatible with the new network infrastructure. Her earlier experience includes serving as an engineer of systems design at T-Mobile USA from 2014 to 2016, and she also worked closely with vendors like Samsung and Blackberry. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she is involved with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and volunteers with several charitable organizations, including Underprivileged Children in Kito, India, and Save These Places. She laid a strong educational foundation, earning a Bachelor of Science in electronics engineering from the University of Mumbai between 2007 and 2011. Collaborating with departments, device teams, and vendors such as Samsung, iPhone, and LG, she ensured seamless compatibility of their phones with the new network infrastructure. Additionally, her collaboration with Google to enable Android users to send texts akin to iMessage further underscores her valuable contributions to the industry. She attributes her success to her relentless curiosity, continuous learning, and unwavering work ethic. She firmly believes in the limitless possibilities that can be achieved through dedication and perseverance. Ms. Verma also recognizes the vital role T-Mobile has played in shaping her career and cherishes the personal milestone of meeting her husband there. Looking ahead, she is dedicated to expanding her influence globally, with a particular focus on the growing community of Android users. She aims to elevate her role as a principal engineer, taking on more complex projects and managing multiple systems at T-Mobile.
