With three decades of experience, Mr. Zaveri has built a successful career in business and technology, specializing in hybrid cloud computing, business transformation, strategic transformation, and large-scale technology initiatives. He has excelled as the co-founder of Datamotive since 2021, where he drives innovation and growth. His experience includes serving as Google cloud evangelist at HCL Technologies Limited from 2020 to 2022, vice president of cloud infrastructure and platform services at Trianz from 2016 to 2020, program manager at Experian Information Solutions Inc. from 2014 to 2016, and at Cisco Systems Inc. from 2008 to 2013. He also held the role of software engineering manager at HP Development Company, L.P. from 2005 to 2008, Trianz from 2002 to 2004, manager at Sapient Corporation in 2001, and project manager at Planet Asia from 2000 to 2001. He is also an active member of the Forbes Technology Council since 2023 and serves on the advisory board for UC Santa Barbara since 2021.
Reflecting on his path, Mr. Zaveri laid a strong educational foundation, earning a diploma in computer science from the University of Mumbai in 1993, a Bachelor of Engineering in computer science from the same institution in 1996, a certification in artificial intelligence, implications for business strategy, from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2019. He takes great pride in the successful launch of his business in 2023, a milestone achieved after facing setbacks in his first and second ventures, with his perseverance and dedication ultimately paying off on his third attempt. He also values the enduring relationships he has built over his three decades in the industry.
Mr. Zaveri attributes his success to his strong sense of empathy, ability to form meaningful connections, and reliance on practical wisdom. His philosophy centers on daily improvement and always striving to do his best. He acknowledges the unwavering support of his parents, wife, and children, and he is grateful for the talented individuals he has had the privilege to work with, who have contributed to his growth both personally and professionally.
In the coming years, Mr. Zaveri is dedicated to maintaining the stability of his business and ensuring job security for all employees, while focusing on its growth and further development. He is also considering writing a book, with a goal of publishing at least two books. Additionally, he hopes to travel the world with his wife. He cautions that hesitation will be apparent to others and advises assuming that those you work with may be more knowledgeable than you.
