Relying on over 40 years of continued success, Mr. Blair began his career with Schlumberger Technologies in 1981 in final test manufacturing, marketing on telecommunications and sales applications. Over the years, he progressed at companies like HP as a marketing and field applications engineering and applications manager from 1986 to 1999 and as a principal consultant at Agilent Technologies between 1999 and 2006 and at Verigy from 2006 to 2012.
Mr. Blair holds a Bachelor of Science in electronics engineering technology and electronics from the Ohio Institute of Technology since 1981. He remains active in his profession as a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and the Project Management Institute. Mr. Blair has also become lauded for his research, subsequently contributing numerous scholarly articles, authoring a chapter in the “Semiconductor Manufacturing Handbook” via McGraw-Hill in 2005 and continually serving as a general advisor for the Advantest VOICE Developer Conference since 2006. However, his most notable accomplishment was receiving the Integrity Award for Teamwork from Advantest in 2022.
