Before being acquired by her company, Ms. Vu worked for The Spear Group Inc., a professional services organization, in Jupiter, Florida, as a business analysis consultant at FPL from 2019 to 2020, was a program manager II for Newell Brands, a leading global consumer goods company, in Boca Raton, Florida, between 2015 and 2018, and garnered success as a senior program manager at Foxconn, the world’s largest electronics manufacturer, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, from 2009 to 2015. Ms. Vu also worked for organizations such as Tyco Electronics, Harris Communications, and Honeywell, dating back to 1983.

In preparation for her career, Ms. Vu studied at the University of Minnesota in Saint Paul, where she garnered a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering in 1984. She later returned to college to pursue a Master of Science in management and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on international business from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida, graduating in 1995 and 1996, respectively. Ms. Vu’s educational background has been instrumental in her professional pursuits.

Adding to her credentials, Ms. Vu has received numerous professional credentials, making her highly skilled in her field. The Project Management Institute recognized her as a project management professional, and she is a certified SAFe® 4 scrum master through Scaled Agile Inc. She is also certified in mental health first aid through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and in mental health first aid for the military, veterans, and their families through Mental Health First Aid International.

As a leader in her field, Ms. Vu has authored numerous articles in magazines like Printed Circuit Design Magazine and other professional publications on topics such as signal integrity, termination techniques, and PCB performance. She has also spoken at professional conferences, including the PCB Design Conference East and the High-Performance System Design Conference. Ms. Vu’s expertise has become widely recognized.

Besides her full-time work-related ventures, Ms. Vu is active in her professional community as a member of Scaled Agile Inc. and the Project Management Institute. These memberships have been invaluable, enabling her to remain current in her industry while networking with like-minded individuals.

In light of her dedication to giving back, Ms. Vu received a White House Silver and Gold President’s Volunteer Service Award in 2022.
