Her experience includes program architect at CVS Health in 2020, lead solutions architect at The PNC Financial Services Group from 2018 to 2020, and solutions architect at Humana in 2017. She has also served as senior embedded software engineer at Fischione Instruments, senior software engineer and scrum master at Bayer Radiology from 2014 to 2017, and senior software engineer at FedEx in 2013. Additionally, she has held technical and leadership roles at UK Mail, Siemens Healthineers, Tecan Trading, and Sperry Rail, among others, with expertise spanning software engineering, systems architecture, and technical solutions.

Laying a solid educational foundation, Ms. Palepu earned an intermediate college degree in mathematics, physics, and chemistry from Villa Marie Junior College and a higher diploma in software engineering from Aptech Computer Education. She holds a master’s degree in systems programming from Meen Infotech, a Bachelor of Science in electronics, microprocessors, and microcontrollers from Osmania University, India, a postgraduate diploma in nanobiotechnology from RPTU, Germany, a master’s degree in computer applications from Osmania University, and a Master of Business Administration in leadership and sustainability from the University of Cumbria, UK. She also holds certifications in AI and agility and certified scrum master and certified scrum product owner from Scrum Alliance, design FMEA from Smallpiece Enterprises, SAFe for architects from Scaled Agile, software development for medical device manufacturers from Software Quality Consulting, software requirements engineering from The Westfall Team, and sustainability essentials for business from the University of Cambridge.

Ms. Palepu takes great pride in her work with Varian Medical Systems in 2005 on a significant research project that continues to save lives and generate millions of dollars in revenue. Another pivotal project involved her contributions to railway systems, where she focused on passenger safety, preventing accidents and derailments. Additionally, she leveraged her software expertise in collaborations with medical organizations such as Siemens and Bayer Radiology. In light of her impressive undertakings, she earned six awards during her tenure at AT&T and receiving multiple honors as a core engineer throughout her career. Looking ahead, she aims to broaden her contributions across diverse fields, with a drive to create innovative solutions and designs for complex challenges.
