During her tenure at Frontier Communications, Ms. Siruvuri honed her skills in designing and implementing customer-focused solutions, particularly in CRM systems. This experience allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of information technology development and leadership. Earlier in her career, Ms. Siruvuri worked as a software engineer for document management systems (DMS) at Sify Technologies in 2010, as a senior programming analyst from 2010 to 2012, and as a senior CRM consultant at TEKsystems, Inc. from 2012 to 2013. She began her professional journey at Cognizant as a program analyst specializing in IBM FileNet P8/Business Process Management (BPM) from 2007 to 2010.
To support her professional ambitions, Ms. Siruvuri earned a Bachelor of Science in electronics and communications engineering from Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering, JNTU in 2007. This solid academic foundation has been instrumental in her successful career in information technology. She has further enhanced her expertise with several key certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional and Associate credentials, a catalog configuration certification from Sigma Systems, Inc., and a Java Programmer certification from Sun Microsystems, Inc.
