Earlier in his career, he worked as senior system analyst for AT&T via Tech Mahindra from 2005 to 2011 and software engineer at Tech Mahindra Limited from 2000 to 2005. Laying a solid educational foundation, Mr. Bajpai earned a postgraduate diploma in computer applications and a Master of Science in physics with a specialization in electronics from the University of Lucknow in 1994. Additionally, Mr. Bajpai is a member of the American Chamber of Research and IEEE. His passion for technology stems from his lifelong curiosity about how things works such as televisions and phones. This curiosity deepened during his studies in physics and electronics, where he gained deeper insights and began working on technical projects. He excels at devising innovative solutions to revitalize customers’ businesses, including developing a streamlined process for one client that was subsequently adopted by numerous other organizations.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bajpai has authored several research papers published in international journals. In light of his impressive undertakings, he was honored with the International Science, Technology, and Research Award from Asia International Research Awards in 2024 and the Best White Paper Award from Tech Mahindra Limited in 2005. He attributes his success to his commitment to actively learning new technologies, proactively seeking feedback, understanding customer pain points, and taking decisive action to solve problems. He also credits the unwavering support and encouragement of his family.
