He also fosters a culture of positive reinforcement, celebrating his team’s achievements and recognizing mistakes as critical learning opportunities. He also credits his willingness to embrace challenges, including when his family moved to Texas, for what started as a one-year assignment that evolved into a rewarding nine-year journey. In the coming years, he plans to significantly expand his company’s operations in the United States to build an enterprise generating $40 million in annual revenue. He is dedicated to fostering employee growth and creating a well-established organization that makes a positive impact on the community.
