Mr. Eldridge, south-central district sales engineer at Chauvin Arnoux Inc. d.b.a. AEMC Instruments, was named to his leading position in 2024 after quickly advancing from a technical sales trainer for the United States and Canada. His career in engineering began in 2018 when he worked as a commissioning wind turbine technician with FieldCore in West, Texas. Subsequently, he garnered success with Burns & McDonnell in Houston as an electrical field technician, ABM Industries, Titan Quality Power Services LLC and Saber Power Services LLC as a NETA testing technician, and CE Power as a field service technician. Mr. Eldridge’s diverse expertise in various industries, such as food and plastic processing plants, oil fields, renewable energy, water treatment plants and nuclear facilities, has been instrumental in his success as a recognized subject matter expert.

Having honorably served his country in the U.S. Navy from 2010 to 2016, Mr. Eldridge garnered tremendous success and expertise as a maintenance technician and repair parts petty officer. This experience has been foundational to his career as a civilian. In preparation for his future, Mr. Eldridge studied at San Jacinto College, where he received an Associate of Science in electrical engineering technologies and technicians in 2018. He also completed coursework in electronic systems engineering technology and electrical and electronics engineering at Thomas Edison State University.  Mr. Eldridge remains actively engaged as a professional member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the IEEE’s IEEE Power and Energy Society, a testament to his dedication to the field.

Besides his work-related endeavors, Mr. Eldridge has garnered satisfaction from volunteering and contributing to various nonprofits and charities. He has been influential with Habitat for Humanity and volunteers his time through his church by selling Christmas trees during the holiday. In light of his professional success, Mr. Eldridge received the DCM Project Award from Formosa Plastics. The U.S. Navy also recognized him as the Bluejacket of the Quarter and with a Commendation Medal. He credits much of his professional success to his military experience, which exposed him to diverse individuals, situations and mindsets.
