He collaborates with the plant manager, production manager, and supervisors to identify and address issues, providing solutions or stopgap measures to prevent recurring problems. His experience also includes roles such as product process specialist at Stellantis from 2016 to 2021, continuous improvement specialist at ACH Food Companies from 2015 to 2016, and new product launch industrial engineer at Omron Dualtec Automotive Electronics from 2012 to 2014. He has also served as a manufacturing engineer at Honeywell-System Sensor from 2008 to 2012, packaging supervisor at Mondelez International in 2007, and industrial engineer at Lear Corporation in 2006. Reflecting on his path, he takes great pride in witnessing the first Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator roll off the assembly line. He attributes his success to the values instilled by his parents, including perseverance and self-reliance.
