His expertise as a developer and his determination to find solutions when others cannot have been pivotal to his success.
In addition to his role at MHD Tuning, Mr. Yamona has been affiliated with LodeStar Software Solutions as the company’s lead software engineer since 2019. Earlier in his career, he held positions with TMNA Services LLC as a programmer III then senior programmer and Leader Services as a .NET developer. Mr. Yamona’s interest in technology stems from his experiences coming of age after getting his first computer and engaging in graphic work, web page design and programming, all before he entered high school.
To prepare for his career, Mr. Yamona received a Bachelor of Science in computer science and business from Lehigh University in 2009 and a Master of Science in software engineering from the University of Scranton in 2013. Throughout his career, Mr. Yamona has truly enjoyed the opportunity to write code for MHD Tuning, during which he made an impact almost immediately. He was responsible for the world’s first complete FlexFuel implementation added to a modern OEM BMW ECU. In the future, he hopes to address the backlog of feature requests at MHD Tuning and eventually expand into another manufacturer’s market.
