Mr. Feldmann has cultivated a distinguished career over three decades, marked by his current role as the deputy director at CS Group, a position he has held since 2025. In this capacity, he is instrumental in attending meetings and engaging in business development discussions, leveraging his extensive experience to drive the company’s strategic initiatives. As part of his responsibilities, Mr. Feldmann is tasked with managing the company’s United States-based operations, focusing on engineering services in aerospace and defense systems, software, CEH/firmware and cybersecurity-centric programs. His journey with CS Group began in 2024 as a project manager for aerospace and defense projects, laying the groundwork for his subsequent leadership role.
Before being acquired by CS Group, Mr. Feldmann was a program manager and senior program manager at Belcan between 2021 and 2024. His unique management style, which empowered team members by assigning them sections of the company to manage, earned him admiration and respect from his colleagues.
Mr. Feldmann’s career trajectory also included significant roles at AVISTA Inc., where he worked for over two decades. Hired in 1998 as a software technician, he subsequently earned numerous promotions to software engineer I, software engineer II, senior software engineer, technical project manager and program manager. Between 2014 and 2019, Mr. Feldmann earned the opportunity to serve as an engineering manager before becoming a program manager until 2021. These roles provided him with a robust foundation in software engineering and project management.
In addition to his corporate endeavors, Mr. Feldmann was the president of Feldmann Properties from 2007 to 2018, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen. Over more than a decade, he excelled in property acquisition, property maintenance and management, property liquidation, tenant management and business finances. Mr. Feldmann’s earlier career included working in hospitality as a short-order cook at Wheel In Restaurant from 1995 to 2004, demonstrating his work ethic and dedication from a young age.
Mr. Feldmann’s academic background includes an Associate of Science in computer programming from Southwest Wisconsin Technical College in 1998 and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin in Platteville in 2009. These educational achievements have shaped his career, providing him with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in various roles. Besides his formal degrees, Mr. Feldmann received several certifications, including as a project management professional from the Project Management Institute in 2008, recognition by Scrum Alliance as a certified Scrum product owner and certified ScrumMaster in 2016, and certification in agile leadership I from Scrum Alliance in 2018.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Feldmann is actively involved in civic organizations, such as the Doctor Family Campaigns and the Children’s Soccer Club. He also volunteers with the diversity, equity and inclusion committee at the University of Wisconsin in Platteville, reflecting his commitment to fostering inclusive environments.
During Mr. Feldmann’s years at Belcan, he was recognized with the prestigious RGA Award in 2023 for his exceptional contributions to community involvement and efforts toward promoting diversity and inclusion within the company.
