In 2025, she began serving as the director of IT programs at ENT and Allergy Associates, where she is responsible for collaborating with software developers, product managers and business representatives to address software needs and understand customer requirements. Her role also includes aligning the technology roadmap with organizational objectives, monitoring system performance and business operations, participating in enterprise transformation initiatives and enhancing the customer experience. Before joining ENT and Allergy Associates, Ms. Algieri Gutierrez spent over five years at the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), a nonprofit organization known for its broad business operations. From 2021 to 2025, she held the position of director of systems management, standards and engineering services. Initially joining the ASME in 2019, Ms. Algieri Gutierrez served as a project coordinator for maintenance and support, programming and application architecture, managing complex projects that supported the organization’s mission.
Ms. Algieri Gutierrez’s earlier experience included two years at Refinery29, a media company based in New York, where she served as the lead support engineer from 2016 to 2018 and as the IT program manager between 2018 and 2019. Earlier, she held various IT roles at companies such as AdRoll, Bauer Media Group USA and Lacordaire Academy. Ms. Algieri Gutierrez began her professional career in 2011 as a technician for Apple, where she earned multiple certifications that deepened her technical expertise.
Following high school, Ms. Algieri Gutierrez earned a Bachelor of Arts in music with a minor in psychology from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania in 2011. Her exposure to recording technology during her undergraduate studies sparked her initial interest in the technology field. While working in the college recording studio, Ms. Algieri Gutierrez gained hands-on experience with recording software and troubleshooting, which proved invaluable as she transitioned into IT roles after graduation.
In addition to her formal education, Ms. Algieri Gutierrez pursued extensive professional development through certifications that have contributed to her expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), project management and organizational change. These include an agile project leadership credential from the Project Management Institute (PMI) Inc., as well as numerous courses through LinkedIn, including AI for organizational leaders, managing organizational change for managers, and AI challenges and opportunities for leadership. Ms. Algieri Gutierrez also earned credentials from Kellogg Executive Education, Apple, and the Society for Human Resource Management, among others.
Throughout her career, Ms. Algieri Gutierrez has remained actively involved in professional organizations such as PMI, demonstrating her commitment to industry best practices and continuous learning. Beyond her professional responsibilities, she is civically engaged as a Wikipedia contributor, a mentor with Go To Code, and a participant in online product management communities.
Ms. Algieri Gutierrez’s contributions have been recognized with a Recognition Award for participation in customer experience work.
