Mr. Vosberg is recognized for his leadership and expertise in civil engineering and construction management, and has been a project engineer at SAM Construction Services in Bradenton, Florida, since 2022. In this capacity, he oversees contractors performing work for the Florida Department of Transportation, applying his expertise in civil engineering and construction scheduling to identify and resolve project issues. Responsible for supervising a team of four inspectors, Mr. Vosberg ensures thorough oversight and quality control while managing both field operations and administrative duties for ongoing projects. His weekly schedule is structured to maximize efficiency by managing timesheets and coordinating lane closures on Mondays, reviewing daily work reports and inspector notes on Tuesdays, inspecting materials and updating documentation on Wednesdays, leading project meetings on Thursdays and processing action items with focused project work on Fridays.
Before joining SAM Construction Services, Mr. Vosberg was a project administrator at Parsons Corporation in Saint Augustine, Florida, from 2021 to 2022. In 2020, Mr. Vosberg served briefly as a project manager at Remington & Vernick Engineers in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. His earlier tenure at Gannett Fleming, based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, spanned a decade, beginning as an assistant resident engineer from 2010 to 2019 before advancing to a construction inspector until 2020. Notably, Mr. Vosberg’s work included inspecting bridges in New York, such as one in Hackensack spanning the Hudson River, where he was required to work hundreds of feet above the water with only a harness and handrail for safety.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Vosberg was an inspector engineer at Malick & Scherer PC in Hampton, New Jersey, from 2005 to 2010. He also worked as a construction coordinator at Bechtel Corporation for five years in various locations, beginning in 2000, where he was instrumental in building cellular networks for AT&T before its merger, overseeing the installation of cell sites across the U.S. for 2G, 3G and UMTS networks. Mr. Vosberg’s achievements included installing cell towers at high-profile locations, such as the Publisher’s Clearing House headquarters in New York and directly above Bill Gates’s desk at Microsoft in Washington. Additionally, he spent 2004 as an assistant land development manager at Toll Brothers in Clinton Township, New Jersey.
Mr. Vosberg’s academic foundation was established with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, in 2000. In addition to his formal education, he holds licensure as a professional engineer in New Jersey and Florida, NICET IV certification in heavy highway construction, and project management professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Vosberg has demonstrated a commitment to civic engagement through clothing and food donations and participation in medical missions. He has also been deeply involved in public speaking for nearly two decades at his spiritual center, delivering lectures on a wide range of topics. From 2004 to 2013, Mr. Vosberg served as an educator and presenter for Spiritist Group Love & Light.
Mr. Vosberg attributes much of his success to his adaptability. Born in Peoria, Illinois, his career has been marked by extensive travel across two dozen cities in the U.S., from Saint Louis and Minneapolis to New York, Seattle, and Indianapolis, as well as by two years spent living in Australia. These experiences have broadened his perspective and fostered an appreciation for different cultures.
Eager for the future, Mr. Vosberg remains passionate about sharing his insights through public speaking. He is developing keynote presentations with the intention of pursuing professional speaking engagements full-time, aiming to inspire others toward productive lives grounded in values and principles while serving as an agent of positive change within society.
