Between 2017 and 2020, he held dual roles as a senior software engineer at Palvai Global Services and as a senior software engineer and team lead at Microsoft. A key highlight of Mr. Shah’s tenure at Visa has been his development of an artificial intelligence-powered product that assists merchants in resolving transaction-related issues. This customer-facing platform enables users to connect with an AI agent, describe their problem and receive automated assistance. The system analyzes the issue using AI models developed by Mr. Shah, identifies potential solutions and consults a knowledge base to deliver accurate resolutions.
Mr. Shah’s career in the field included several other notable positions in both the United States and India, dating back to 2005. Among the organizations he has been affiliated with are Syntel (now Atos SE), CDPHP, Humana, Agilent Technologies Inc. and Inverion Technology. Throughout his career, Mr. Shah has demonstrated exceptional expertise in .NET technologies, the Java and Python programming languages, distributed systems architecture, backend services development, and many other areas of the industry. Instrumental in shaping his career achievements, Mr. Shah earned a Bachelor of Engineering in information technology from Dharmsinh Desai University in India in 2005.
