Mr. Sisnett has established a distinguished career in software development for games and artificial intelligence (AI) for video game systems engineering, earning recognition for his expertise and leadership. In 2024, he joined Second Dinner Studios, Inc., as the lead engineer, leading the tools and client platform team. Mr. Sisnett’s current work focuses on developing MARVEL SNAP, collaborating with auditors, game designers and engineers to advance the studio’s industry pipeline.

In addition to his work at Second Dinner Studios, Inc., Mr. Sisnett co-founded Revolution Solid. Leveraging his experience in software, he has focused on implementing new technologies, play and art, and novel ways of exploring their boundaries.

Earlier, Mr. Sisnett served as an enterprise director at Onja in Toamasina, Madagascar, from 2023 to 2024. There, he contributed to the organization’s mission to empower underprivileged youth through technology, education and innovation. He also worked in København, Capital Region, Denmark, between 2021 and 2023 as a lead engineer and head of engineering at Modl.ai. Mr. Sisnett directed engineering teams in developing AI solutions for gaming applications, further cementing his reputation as an expert in the field.

Between 2020 and 2021, Mr. Sisnett worked as a senior software engineer at Mindshow in Los Angeles County, California, where he contributed to immersive media experiences and interactive technologies. Among his earlier positions, he worked for companies like Riot Games, Inc., as a software engineer on its ecosystem platform and as a research and development engineer, where he was lauded for his contributions to Legends of Runeterra, which launched to critical acclaim and positive player reception. Mr. Sisnett then became a senior software developer at the company, where he also had the opportunity to work on League of Legends, one of the most successful games in history.

Mr. Sisnett’s early career also included roles as a senior member of technical staff at Oracle, a lecturer at the Universidad de Artes Digitales in Guadalajara, Mexico, and a speed teamer and co-op at IBM, dating back to 2008. These earlier experiences were foundational to his later success.

Mr. Sisnett’s academic background has been instrumental in shaping his professional trajectory. He earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science and technologies from Monterrey Institute of Technology in Mexico in 2009 and a Master of Science in computer science with a focus on game development track and artificial intelligence from the University of Southern California in 2017. Mr. Sisnett’s educational journey was influenced by his family’s strong foundation in engineering. Fluent in English, German and Spanish, he brings a global perspective to all his endeavors.

Civic engagement is central to Mr. Sisnett’s life. He is an active blood donor with Blood Centers of the Pacific and the American National Red Cross. Additionally, he volunteers with Onja in Madagascar, contributing time and expertise toward technology education initiatives that benefit underserved communities.

Among Mr. Sisnett’s most notable achievements was his invited speaking engagement at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, California, in 2023. There, he delivered a one-hour talk on AI in video games during the AI Summit, an honor that stands out as a highlight of his career. Mr. Sisnett has also spoken publicly at Talent Land, the Electronic Game Show and the International Engineering Conference at the University of Vermont. His scholarly contributions have been published in SciTePress, Mobile Robots Navigation, and other publications.

Mr. Sisnett’s commitment to excellence has been recognized with honors, including the Integral Alumnus Runner-Up award from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. He credits much of his progress to being present when opportunities arise and not being afraid of failure. Looking ahead, Mr. Sisnett seeks greater cross-disciplinary collaboration and the integration of new technologies such as AI, while continuing to build diverse, high-performing teams equipped for technological advancement. Having worked extensively across continents, including Africa, Mr. Sisnett remains committed to democratizing access to technology and introducing innovative games to broader audiences worldwide.
