Since 2022, Mr. Dennis has been contributing as a golden archangel, emerald palladium, digi-health, sovereign steward and board adviser at Fruit Street Health, a New York City-based company that delivers structured, outcomes-driven preventive care, since 2022. In addition to his contributions here, he has become actively involved with Ripple since 2024 as a super archangel diamond platinum sovereign steward and strategic council adviser. Mr. Dennis supports the company’s mission to transform global commerce through innovative payment solutions that enable real-time pay access worldwide. This vision encompasses initiatives such as Happy Returns, which offers instant refunds of up to $500 directly to customers’ cards, and Stack the Americas, which is developing an application to provide associates with real-time visibility into their earnings.

In academia, Mr. Dennis has been active on the advisory board for the customer experience and strategic operations executive program at Seton Hall University in New Jersey since 2025. His role involves supporting the school’s mission to cultivate values-centered, impact-driven business leaders. Mr. Dennis also began serving as an advisory board member for the artificial intelligence-driven digital marketing leadership executive program at the University of San Francisco in 2026, supporting the program’s mission to equip professionals with the strategic, analytical and human-centered capabilities required to lead in today’s digitally connected economy.

Mr. Dennis spent 20 years in executive and management-level positions. He concluded his career as the executive vice president of business transformation and chief transformation officer at Staci Americas, a global provider of warehousing and supply chain end-to-end solutions in the United States, Europe and Asia, from 2025 to 2026. Here, Mr. Dennis managed exclusive third-party logistics operations for luxury boutique brands, including Tiffany & Co., as well as major companies such as Diageo, overseeing comprehensive fulfillment operations ranging from complex fashion setups for runway shows to inventory management for high-value items.

Earlier, Mr. Dennis held several leadership roles at Happy Returns, a United Parcel Service company, between 2022 and 2025. Starting as a site director and working his way up to senior director, general manager and head of hub operations, he was instrumental in introducing a robotic reverse logistics solution that significantly improved operational efficiency and contributed to the company’s acquisition by PayPal for $297 million.

Mr. Dennis spent several years at Amazon Inc., where his expertise in logistics helped launch a $350 million facility in Burbank, California, supporting high-profile clients while enhancing last-mile delivery systems. He also worked in consulting as the founder of Future Journey Consulting. Earlier, he was employed by Walmart in operations where he was recognized for numerous achievements. Mr. Dennis also excelled at Apple Inc., where he was privileged to support the global launch of the iPad. Among other roles, he built a foundation in sales as a sales marketing manager at Aramark from 2006 to 2007.

In preparation for his future, Mr. Dennis graduated from North Lauderdale Academy Charter High School in North Lauderdale, Florida, in 2005, where he was involved in the Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps. He then acquired a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice and legal studies from Nova Southeastern University in 2009 and a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University in 2011. Additionally, Mr. Dennis received numerous professional credentials, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning, recently including a certificate in data science from Harvard University, a certificate in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace through the University of South Florida, a certified scrum master designation through Scrum Alliance Inc., and several credentials through Boardsi.

Mr. Dennis maintains an active membership in the Golden Key International Honor Society and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., in numerous capacities. Among other affiliations, he has supported local outreach initiatives while also volunteering with Boys & Girls Clubs of America and contributing time toward youth development programs.

Throughout his career, Mr. Dennis has been recognized for his unwavering commitment to promoting individuals within every organization he has served. His leadership philosophy centers on truthfulness, accountability and fostering a culture where employees’ well-being is prioritized.
