Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Seubert pursued an education at Lawrence Technological University, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Education in 1990. He concluded his formal studies at Wayne State University, completing postgraduate coursework in controls engineering. Proud to have developed and trained with manufacturing information technology project management tools, he has been presented with the St. George Award from the Boy Scouts of America in 2013, the Sunrise District Award of Merit from the Great Lakes Field Service Council of the Boy Scouts of America in 2014 and the Distinguished Service Award from the Industrial Engineering and Operations Management Society in 2015. Looking toward the future, Mr. Seubert hopes to integrate his book, “Manufacturing Execution Systems: An Operations Management Approach,” into more programs, courses and curriculum at several universities in order to increase his exposure, open up new lines of communication within his industry and mentor the next generation of systems engineers.
