Since 2019, Mr. Anthes has excelled as the principal and founding partner of P&A Consulting Engineers PLLC. The firm offers design services for commercial buildings and focuses on infrastructural improvements, energy conservation and sustainability. Though P&A Consulting Engineers PLLC primarily operates in eight states across the East Coast, the business remains licensed in 17 states. Mr. Anthes is a certified Professional Engineer in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. To keep abreast of his field, he maintains membership to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the American Society of Plumbing Engineers, the American Council of Energy Consulting, and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers.
In preparation for his success as an engineer, Mr. Anthes graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering in 2002. In 2008, he obtained a Master of Business Administration from the same institution. He began his career as a lead systems engineer for PSEG Nuclear LLC from 2002 to 2006 and a senior project engineer for The Design Collaborative from 2006 to 2010. From 2010 to 2015, Mr. Anthes garnered experience as an associate and associate principal with Edwards & Zuck PC, and from 2010 to 2019 he was a principal with the same company. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing and spending time with his family.
