Mr. Ho began his career as a software engineer at ELCA Vietnam from 2007 to 2008. He worked as a software engineer at IBM from 2008 to 2012 before transitioning to the role of co-founder of Green C Solutions from 2012 to 2013. He found further success as senior software engineer at FPT Software from 2013 to 2014 before immigrating to the United States later that year. He established himself as director of the Mobile Development Center at FPT Software from 2014 to 2016.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Ho pursued an education at Webster University Thailand where he earned a Bachelor of Science in information technology in 2007. He graduated from Thoai Ngoc Hau High School in Vietnam in 2003. Beyond his responsibilities within the field, he has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He found success with his written work “The Manager of Factory Number 10,” published online.
In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Ho has accrued several accolades throughout his career. He received several awards and team recognitions during his career at Amazon between 2020 and 2023 including the Best Performing Individual Award and the Best Performing Team Award. He was presented with company awards and recognitions from FPT between 2013 and 2016. He was named among the Top 100 Best Performers in 2014 by the FPT Corporation. In the immediate future, he intends to continue with his professional efforts while remaining open to any career advancement opportunities.
