With 25 years of experience to her credit, Ms. Lincoln has excelled as director of engineering at Kerelaw Engineering, P.C. since 2018. She established herself as a quality engineer at Belcher Foundry from 1988 to 1992 and at Enerpac from 1992 to 1996. She worked as a senior design engineer at Texas Instruments from 1996 to 2003 before transitioning to the role of president and chief executive officer of Applied Engineering Solutions Inc. from 2003 to 2006. She found further success as a mechanical engineering manager at Myvu Corporation from 2006 to 2007.
Ms. Lincoln continued her career as senior project manager and product development engineer at Honeywell Industrial Safety from 2007 to 2010. She served as chief of engineering and product development at ELIA Life Technology, PBC from 2010 to 2011. She was active as a senior mechanical engineer at iRobot from 2011 to 2012. She was appointed to the role of director of product engineering at Kimber Mfg., Inc. from 2012 to 2016.
Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Lincoln pursued an education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where she earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering in 1987. She continued her academic efforts at Baruch College, graduating with a Master of Business Administration in 2021. She obtained a certification as a professional engineer from the New York State Education Department in 2017 and as an electrical engineer from Northeastern University in 1998.
Beyond her responsibilities within the field, Ms. Lincoln has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her professional circles. She volunteered with Manhattan College, the Bronx Academy, and Tuckahoe High School. In addition to her primary vocation, she remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise. She was a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
In light of her impressive undertakings, Ms. Lincoln has accrued several accolades throughout her career. She was selected for a featured cover story in World Leaders Magazine and featured in Women in Engineering and Design World. She has always known since she was young that she wanted to be an engineer and considers starting her own company as her most notable achievement. In the immediate future, she intends to continue growing Kerelaw so that she can work with her clients and perform an initial manufacturing run. She would also like to continue building a prototyping facility and mentoring young talents.
